Terms of Service

Rules for using Saytrace as a public-viewpoint research product.

Last updated: August 16, 2026

Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Saytrace, including the public website, account features, alerts, source submissions, correction requests, rights requests, and any related services.

By using Saytrace, you agree to these terms. If you use Saytrace on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

What Saytrace Provides

Saytrace is an independent editorial product that tracks publicly available long-form interviews and statements by business leaders. Public pages may include summaries, timestamps, source links, topic groupings, comparisons, and editorial status labels.

Summaries are not direct quotations. Exact quotations, when shown, are labeled as quotations, linked to source evidence, and limited by Saytrace public quote display rules.

Accounts And Paid Features

Some features require an account or subscription. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

Paid subscriptions, billing, renewals, cancellations, trials, taxes, and refunds are handled through Saytrace billing flows or third-party payment processors. Account access may depend on current entitlement status.

Permitted Use

You may use Saytrace for lawful research, monitoring, commentary, and internal business analysis. You may link to public Saytrace pages and quote limited excerpts with attribution where permitted by law.

You may not scrape, bulk export, republish, resell, or reconstruct Saytrace databases, transcripts, embeddings, rankings, or editorial datasets without written permission.

Submissions

If you submit a source, correction, rights request, comment, or other material, you represent that the submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the rights needed to provide it.

User-submitted source videos and claims remain unpublished until editor verification. Submissions may be reviewed, rejected, edited for clarity, retained for audit purposes, or used to improve source coverage and correction workflows.

Intellectual Property

Saytrace and its original selection, organization, summaries, labels, software, and interface are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Public source materials remain owned by their respective owners.

Saytrace does not claim ownership of third-party videos, channels, transcripts, names, logos, trademarks, or publicity rights. References to public figures, companies, channels, and sources are for identification, attribution, commentary, and editorial context.

Editorial Limits

Saytrace does not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, employment, or professional advice. Public content may be incomplete, delayed, or affected by source availability, transcription quality, translation limits, and editorial judgment.

Original source controls are the authority when context is ambiguous. Users should inspect the linked source, timestamp, source channel, and surrounding context before relying on a summary or comparison.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Saytrace to violate law, infringe rights, bypass access controls, attack the service, introduce malware, interfere with rate limits, impersonate others, submit fraudulent rights claims, or misrepresent Saytrace summaries as direct quotations.

You may not use automated systems to access Saytrace in a way that burdens infrastructure or circumvents product limits unless Saytrace has provided written authorization.

Changes And Termination

Saytrace may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, pages, alerts, subscriptions, or access where needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, editorial quality, or product changes.

Saytrace may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.
