How AI assistance is labeled and reviewed before publication.

Use Of AI Assistance
Saytrace may use AI systems to help process public transcripts, identify candidate viewpoints, draft summaries, classify topics, translate summaries, detect possible changes in emphasis, and support editorial review workflows.
AI assistance is a drafting and analysis aid. It does not replace source evidence, editorial judgment, publication gates, or correction review.
Labeling
AI-assisted summaries are labeled or otherwise distinguished from exact quotations and source evidence. Generated summaries must not be styled or described as direct quotes.
When Saytrace displays exact quotations, those quotations must be source-backed, clearly labeled as quotations, and limited by public quote display rules.
Human Review
High-risk, market-sensitive, contradiction, reversal, and changed-mind claims require human editorial review before publication.
Editors may approve, revise, reject, or hold AI-assisted output based on source quality, context, confidence, rights concerns, and product rules.
Known Limits
AI systems can misunderstand context, overstate certainty, miss speaker changes, mistranslate nuance, or produce incomplete summaries. Saytrace mitigates those limits through source links, timestamps, labels, review gates, and correction workflows.
Users should inspect original source evidence before relying on summaries, comparisons, alerts, or topic groupings.
